Answers to the most common questions we're asked at Complete Laundry Solution.

What if I don't know how much my clothes weigh?

It is not necessary for you to know how much your clothes weigh, giving us an estimate is just fine. Complete Laundry Solution weighs your laundry after we bring it back to our facility and we will adjust your order accordingly.

Do I need to order every time or can I set up a regular pickup?

Complete Laundry Solution's staff can schedule a preset pickup and delivery time, if that is convenient for you. Simply call us at (303) 562-1520. Remember to give us a call if you need to cancel.

Is there a minimum charge per order?

Yes, our minimum charge per order is $20.00, or approximately 12-pounds.

Do you offer same day service?

Yes, Complete Laundry Solution offers same day service. The request must be made before 9AM and there is an extra charge of .50 cents per pound.

Do you remove stains?

Complete Laundry Solution do our best to remove stains. However, we do not guarantee that we can get a stain out.

My family has allergies to perfumes and dyes. Do you use dye and fragrant free detergent?

Complete Laundry Solution does have an option for dye and fragrant free detergent. Let us know that you prefer this option and we will be sure to accommodate you.
